Keeping track of subs

  • hi, I’m finding it hard to keep track of subscribers, I see the first payment and a payment “on hold” but without checking paypal and looking a payments made and payments made on my website, it makes it really hard to keep track of payments and who made them etc.

    Is there something I’m missing like an easier way to check or is this something that needs to be added to your plugin?

    Hi there,
    The order that you see in on_hold is the renew order that will be pay when PayPal will send the payment.
    Are you using the PayPal gateway that is included in woocommerce ?
