Keep widget centered on smaller screens

I’m using eNews Extended with the Foodie Pro Theme, before the header. It looks great until the screen width gets to small, and then the form elements don’t center anymore. Is there a way to keep each input box, button, etc., centered on a smaller screen? What CSS would I need to edit? Thanks!
