Keep translated version as default,
-
Hello.
I have a Swedish news site where most the majority of text is in Swedish. The only parts of the site where some features of my Foxiz Ruby theme that I could not change to Swedish.
Examples: Hot news, Read more, Next article, Comment, Sign in ect..
I installed TranslatePress to edit these few English features. In TranslatePress settings, English was the default language and Swedish was an added language.
I translated the texts snippets, and it looks great. Now I have two problems.
- Users need to manually switch to the translated version by clicking on the flag, meaning that when they first enter the site, they still see the mixed site wich is not good. How do I make the translated version as default without loosing all of my translations?
- The other issue is that the changes are not visible on mobile. I have tried to uninstall all of my plugins but it did not fix the issue. Will it be visible on mobile if the translated version is default?
I am very thankful for your answers.
