No new features, updates, etc. Stop on time

I bought a 3 year PRO license, and until now, didn’t use it, the plugin seems to be “death” I was expecting more new features on a regular base, more addons from the developers, but until now, after one year, “all are the same”, some addons are still on version 1.0.2 (like buttons, urls), and these are the main addons from WPautomator (not from others suppliers).
The support is fast, but pushing you away (I asked if buttons / urls can have parameters – this is a direct question, from their main addons -, I would like to press their button and send an email to a specific email (parameter) via MAKE or Zapier. But unitl now, don’t have a direct answer although we know the answer the plugin is like this, don’t expect future updates or new features (the button addon for example has 3 years without nothing new).
