Keep parent nav styled as current when it's child is active?

    I’ve searched the forums and still haven’t found what I’m looking for. Perhaps I didn’t search hard enough. It’s a simple problem. In my main navigation (not sidebar), I am trying to keep the parent page’s navigation styled as ‘current’ when one of it’s children pages is being visited (which should also be styled as current). Seems like this should be pretty easy for someone out there.

  • Style the .current_page_ancestor class on the navigation.

    That did the trick. I had tried that before but with dashes instead if underscores. Been staring at the same stylesheet for way to long I guess. Thanks for the help!
