Keep only “Menus” submenu in Menu Appearance

Hi,
I want to remove all the submenus in the Appearance menu and keep only “Menus” for a special role that I have created. I haven’t found how to do it yet.

Despite that the (Slug: nav-menus.php)[__10] is the only submenu that is permitted in Adminimize, “Customize” submenu is always visible !
