Keep needing to refresh

I have uploaded wordpress and everything works fine except when in the admin i always have to refresh the pages about 5 times before it loads properly. It doesn’t do it all the time and it’s not on certain pages just randomly i will click to a diff page or click save and it will go to a blank page and i will have to refresh at least 5 times before it comes back.

It’s very frustrating if i want to do something really quickly. anyone know whats wrong?
