Keep loading when trying to save options

  • Hello,

    I would like to buy the premium version of Relevanssi, because this is truly the best alternative to WP search. I manage to make some changes in the options. But for others the page keep loading and the changes aren’t made.
    The two things I tried to modify are the “length of the snippet” and “synonyms” but when I click on “save the options” the page just keep loading (I have the loading animation in the tab of my browser and that’s it). I let it load for an hours at least, but it didn’t stop.

    Note that I’m working on a shared server for now to test everything. So I don’t know if it could be the reason.

    What are your thoughts?

    Edit> The page stopped loading, but gave me an error page and didn’t make the wanted modifications.

    That’s unusual. Have you tried installing the plugin again, perhaps something went wrong in the installation?
