keep index.php in root of URL
-
hello,
is it possible to keep the index.php in the URL for the homepage? it just redirects to the root with no index.php. normally this wouldnt be a problem but my client is a musician and after building the website she decided she wanted an audio player that would play across the whole website seamlessly. the only way i knew how to do this was to create a new php page /new/index.php that had an iframe of the original site. So now, i have the index.html page set to redirect to /new/ but wordpress redirects index.php to the root which redirects it to index.html which redirects it to /new/index.php…. as you can see, i have a little bit of an infinite loop. Thanks!
