    Hello!
Files are displayed as “to delete” also if they are used in custom post types and pages.
Is there something else I need to do?

    Hello ??

How are they used? By what? Are you using WooCommerce also?

    Hi @tigroumeow

    Thanks for your answer.

I have a custom post: Subpage.
    – There I am using images as featured images or/and in the content with <img src=”…”
    – I am also adding files like pdfs, docs for download in the content via <a href=”…”

    I am not using WooCommerce.

Hi @tigroumeow, i definitely could consider purchasing the PRO version of media cleaner, but therefore i need to make sure that the aforementioned issues i have with the non-Pro version would be solved with the PRO version. So any help here or via direct contact would be highly appreciated. May be another way could be to test the PRO version first to see if it fixes my issue? Thank you very much, Walter

You can contact me through the form, even without a serial key ?? The Pro will not fix that issue, we need to check into this more.
