I don’t mind a long post get’s the length to be long. I just want a short page not to be too short and keep a certain length.

#wrapper is the overall div, so putting a min-height onto it might work:
edit style.css, find:

#wrapper {
	background: #fff;
	margin-top: 20px;
	padding: 0 20px;
}

add the min-height: 800px; (use your own number)

#wrapper {
	background: #fff;
	margin-top: 20px;
	padding: 0 20px;
min-height:800px;
}

#wrapper {
	background: #fff;
	margin-top: 20px;
	padding: 0 20px;
min-height:800px;
}
