Keep getting logged out of wordpress~!

  • I keep getting logged out of wordpress when I try to update a post or try to make a new post!

    I have tried on several browsers and still have the same problem.

    I tried to update to 4.0 and now When i click on the view plugins area I see the message: “Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.”

    I tried to reinstall 4.0 and saw the message: “Could not copy file.: wordpress/wp-admin/css/ie.css”

    PLEASE help me solve this.
