    Hello,

Since I update plugin vesion 5.5.1, get timeout connection regularly on my website. not sure what’s happening, but look like there are many cache crawler on db. can youhelp to check? is it due to cron even schedulle too often as well?

    Request Timeout
This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase ‘Connection Timeout’.

could you please try disable crawler , and see how does that go ?

actually crawler was already disabled on crawler general setting. never turn it on.

Inside on crawler summary page, there are 8 cron that run every 10 minutes, mostly on webp.

But inside wp cron, I see there are litespeed cron that run every 1 minute :
    litespeed_task_ccss
    litespeed_task_ucss
    litespeed_task_avatar
    litespeed_task_vpi
    litespeed_task_imgoptm_req
    litespeed_task_lqip
    litespeed_task_imgoptm_pull

not sure if any above keep making any db connection.

right now the connection time out error only happen once a while after restarting DB. it still happen randomly but not as bad as last time.

if crawler was not enabled , then it doesn’t matter how many queues it shows up there.

these tasks are actually normal , they will exit immediately if queue is empty , so the impact should be minimal , and even queue is not empty , I don’t think they are DB-heavy tasks

timeout error could also be increasing PHP processes being held in queue , do you have any way to check your process list ?

Same here! Our website is also getting timeouts (Cloudflare shows it as 520) after update to 5.5.1. What’s more, sometimes site layout breaks. For now we’re going back to previous version, please fix this guys
