Keep getting 404 errors on product page

    I’m currently testing download monitor to use for my site as it is just what I need for the products I sell. I tested it and it worked perfectly, but I’ve noticed that my product pages will lead to a 404 error. If I deactivate and reactivate download monitor then the product pages work, but after a while it starts having the same problem again. Any ideas as to what the problem could be?

    Hello @leksiko ,

    Seems like it’s an issue with the permalinks. When this happens, if you go to Settings->Permalinks and click the “Save” button ( in short if you flush the permalinks ) does the problem disappear?

    Thank you for your help! I played around with the settings and set common settings to numeric and the custom base to /product/, and I haven’t had any issues since!
