Keep children items expanded

How do I keep the children items expanded?

When I click on the parent all the children items is expanded, but as son as I click on one of the children items they all collapse.

So how do I keep all the children items, on the same level, open while clicking on each of them?

I only want the children items to close if I either click it’s parent again or selecting another parent item.
