    Hi fanta00,

Our Twitter App does not have permission to send messages on your behalf, we can only read public information. So the spam messages are definitely NOT caused by our plugin.

We never ask for your login details, you login to the twitter.com site and Twitter send us oAuth credentials which can be used to request publicly available information from your account only.

We use the inbuilt oAuth system for interacting with Twitter. You can view a list of all the Apps you have given permission to, while logged into Twitter and remove permissions if you wish.

If you are experiencing problems I suggest you look at the list of Apps which have WRITE permission on your account, it will likely be one of those sending the messages.

If you have any more questions let me know.
