KC Short Code showing until I Log in

My clients point out that on pages with elements built by KC the Short Code shows.. Indeed it does until I log in then the short code on the web page disappears. Possible permissions issue? Anyone else seen this?

Any help would be appreciated as it’s not good for my clients but I also wonder what the Google Bots are seeing and if it’s hurting my SEO.
