Unfortunately i can’t post a link to it because the site is internal to our company and contains sensitive data. I’ve actually decided to go in a different direction with our KB (not because of this issue but for logistical/strategical reasons within our org) but in case anybody else ever encounters this, I can give you some deeper information about the bug.
What is happening is that the knowledgebase pulls the title of the most recent article created and populates it into the knowledgebase landing page’s title area.
It appears to be based on article date and not article order. Since i can order multiple articles in any way, but the most recently created always displays the title on the KB page.
Hopefully this is me just having done/assumed something colossally stupid. But if not, please ask me for any information regarding this bug that you can think of and I’ll be happy to help.
