KB categories not viewable at top level

That’s strange. Does it show content there if you just use the standard shortcode?

I tried removing the shortcode alltogether and nothing changed. I deleted the page and nothing changed.

Your configuration looks correct. Please try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme for testing. Does it fix the problem or not?

^ This will tell us if it’s a conflict with theme or plugins. Or something else.
