    Hello,
I use Kaspersky Premium subscription and Kaspersky Protection on my browser edge. I have a website from a client built in WordPress with WooCommerce and everytime I open an order Kaspersky blocks a file transfer (only when open an order for editing).
My error message is in portuguese but I translated for you, it goes like this:
The download of software that could be used by intruders has been prevented
There is legitimate software that can damage your computer if used by intruders. That’s why we prevent the download of remote control programs, auto-dialers, adware and other legitimate software.
We protect you from downloading this program. You can safely close this window.
Reason: Contains adware, auto-tagging programs, legitimate software that can be used by intruders to damage your computer or personal data
    Application: HEUR:Hoax.HTML.Phish.gen

I made some tests deactivating plugins/themes and I concluded that this only happens when WooCommerce Wholesale Prices plugin is active.
My client also uses the premium version of this plugin which requires the free one to be active, but all it takes is for the free one to be active for it to be blocked.
Do you have any idea why this happens? And how to stop this blocking?
I also contacted Kaspersky Virus Lab for checking an eventual false positive.

Thank you very much, best regards,
    Joana Cardoso

    Hello @oficios ,

Kindly message us at [email protected] so we can further check. I am looking forward to your email.

    Thank you,

I also have the same issue and its all related to WooCommerce Wholesale Prices plugin (free version is what I use)

Scanned the site with various malware plugins, even clamav for the server itself – nothing reported. Found that it was caused by the plugin when enabling troubleshooting mode and activating some plugins and confirming which one triggered the alert.
