Kaltura Media Component FATAL ERROR

  • I have just installed the Buddy Press Kaltura Media Component and after installing the message

    “Fatal error: Class ‘BP_Group_Extension’ not found in /home/content/80/9213680/html/wp-content/plugins/buddypress-kaltura-media-component/bp-media-group.php on line 5”

    appeared and every page on both my front and back comes up with this message. I am completely locked out of my dashboard and my site has nothing on it except this message!

    I have tried contacting the plugin developer but I was wondering if there is a way of getting rid of the plugin without being able to use the dashboard?

    I am new to this and I have the Godaddy package that installed all of the WordPress files for me if that makes any difference

    If you don’t have access to your admin area, try deactivating plugins manually via FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    I have the same problem.
    But How to fix this error???
