Kalium theme – Plugin not working

I am the developer of Kalium theme (https://themeforest.net/item/kalium-creative-theme-for-professionals/10860525)

Recently a client of us tried to install your plugin and it works fine on backend, except it doesn’t show the PIN button inside images.

Can you please let me know if this is something related to your plugin?
