Kale Banner/Slider not following chosen Category

No reply to this question? I have also noticed that other glitches happening.

In the Customize, I cannot find where I can change the title of the 3rd section on my home page. Right now it says Experiences – this is I don’t know why – it is actually Recent Posts. I would like to change it but cannot find where.

Would appreciate an answer to my slider question.

Could you please send me some screenshot of your Appearance → Customize → Front Page → Banner / Slider section (add it to one of image sharing services like https://prnt.sc/ and share the URL)?

In order to change the title of blog feed (“Experiences” in your case) you need to navigate to Appearance → Customize → Blog Feed section and change “Heading for Blog Feed”.

The slider/banner problem corrected itself after a few days but I am still unable to change the Experiences to the title that is in the Customize box.

I sent the information as you suggested above the same day (2 weeks ago) I haven’t received a resolution or suggestion on how to fix from support.

NOT RESOLVED!

I followed Jare suggestion to contact the LyraThemes support direct, which I did immediately and have never received any help with this.

I have followed up with 2 emails requesting assistance to support and re-asked here. Still nothing.

ALMOST TWO MONTHS! This is very poor customer service.
