    Hi,

In my blog editor, Kadence TOC block shows a message saying that “your site doesn’t include support for the “kadence/tableofcontents” block. You can leave this block intact or remove it entirely”.

The problem is Kadence plugin toolbar does not appear on my blog editor anymore, although the plugin itself is activated as usual. I have not done anything since the day I installed the Kadence plugin.

The Kadence TOCs on my old articles can still be seen, but not editable in the blog editor. For new posts, I cannot find all Kadence block options anymore.

Can you please look into the problem? Thanks.

  • Hello @askforappsteam

    I might begin troubleshooting by:

    • Deactivating (temporarily) the LiteSpeed Cache plugin you have installed
    • Purging all of your caches
    • Open your site in an incognito browser window

If you do not see any changes, I might go through each plugin with litespeed plugin deactivated and follow similar steps:

    • Deactivate one plugin (like Elements kit)
    • Purge browser caches
    • Open the site in an incognito browser window and check

If you could post your findings, it would be very helpful. Good luck.

Hi, maybe it has something to do with the temporary cache at the time I encountered the issue. After some minutes, the Kadence block was automatically activated and working well.

That’s great. Glad you got it working.
