Kadence Starter themes

  • I installed Kadence and one of the starter themes (doesn’t matter which)

    Are these starter themes simply pre-populated settings fields/blocks etc?
    Having installed one of the starter themes is it easy to change?
    Is it gutenberg blocks based or something else… basically what / where do I need to look for places to change things?

    I found the instructions scrolling down here:

    but was hoping for something a bit more comprehensive, if such a thing exists.

    I’m finding it a little difficult to work out how to change the main ‘look’ of the forum (ie the significant difference between various starter templates) but I’ll figure it out eventually.

    I am wondering if there is any way to import the style from one of the samples into a site which already has content in it?

    There are a few samples I like and could use as starting places to build from, BUT the site I have made has already got the bulk of content included.

    Alternatively is there any way of finding out the settings used in the starter templates so I can replicate manually?

    As it’s been 4 weeks I’ll ask again as a way of bumpinfg this hopefully
