Kadence Has Not Been Updated In 5 Months

  • Hello,

    I really love your plugin but it hasn’t been updated and tested with the newest WordPress version.

    I can still send an email with your template. However, the images aren’t being displayed at all: https://prnt.sc/vvehf0 and https://prnt.sc/vvehov

    I have enabled in gmail “always show pictures from this sender”. It was working fine before.

    I suspect the image problem is due to this plugin being out of date.

    Please confirm and any assistance would be immensely appreciated!

    I very much like this plugin and currently there is no good alternative. I hope you can continue keeping it up to date. ??

    Yes, it should be updated to make it compatible with latest WP version.

    Hey,
    While I plan to update the plugin this week to “show” compatibility with the latest versions there is nothing in the current version that is not working.

    Your issue with images is not related to the plugin version or the version of WordPress.

    Most likely images not showing means your website is not public, or the image URLs are being changed by a plugin on your site. (some lazy load plugins have been known to do this).

    Best thing for you to do is to right click in gmail click “inspect” and get the full url for the image that isn’t loading, then you can make sure that is a public url.

    Hi Ben,

    Thank you so much. I really appreciate your strong commitment to support this plugin. I really do! It’s fantastic and couldn’t ask for a more versatile, rich tool to customize our emails.

    I will investigate this issue on my end sometime this week. Thanks for your confirmation and steering me in the right direction.
