Kadence Elements issue with WPML Translation

The Menu items inside the custom footer (created via Elements feature) are not being translated. I`ve seen some support tickets saying we need to make the kadence_elements translaatable (which i did) and then use the duplicate feature for WPML (wich i did) (before doing both of these the footer was simply not showing up on translated version, now it shows at least).

I tried editing the tranlating the translated version by going to Elements -> FR (language) -> Pen icon for translating. But did not work.
