Kadence Blocks

I am hoping this is right spot for a question like this!

I am looking for thoughts on the Kadence Blocks /Theme framework. We normally build out custom themes using a Flexbox / Sass starter theme with ACF and custom templates. I am looking for a way to fast track smaller projects.

I hear a lot about this a Word Camps, but don’t want to spend time and money if there are gotcha’s. For example: what about building out a custom index page for a custom post type with filtering. Any issue with page speed and accessibility.
