• This plugin worked very well for us. We just finished our first concert, and we are about to go live with a second event. Setting up the second event was a snap, as the structure was in place already. The plugin standalone is pretty easy to configure. We needed the extension with the bridge to woocommerce. It took a little time to work out all the details of the integration with woocommerce (mostly because we had never used woocommerce before). We needed woocommerce for some features not available without that integration. That said, the integration worked perfectly, and now we can consider other types of online sales besides tickets. Ticket sales and downloads went smoothly. PayPal integration was standard. Ticket Checkin at the gate went smoothly (we used the Chrome desktop extension, and only for single-entry ticket types, although we tested with unlimited entry ticket types), especially since we followed their advice and tried it out at the venue in advance (very important!). The online documentation is quite good, and there’s lots of help through their website blog etc. They have a demo system to try it out in advance of purchasing, very helpful as well. The support through the website support page was also very good, with the caveat that the team appears to be in a different timezone than eastern seaboard USA (I’d guess about central European time zone). This never posed a problem to me, they always got back the same day if I sent the message during their business hours, or the next business day my time if I sent it after their business hours. We didn’t use the seating chart, so I have no input on that. They appear to comply with the new European online security requirements (being in the US, we aren’t quite as conversant with the new law, but to my understanding what we need is in place). There are some features that could be added, but we were able to get everything we needed using existing capabilities. Definitely recommend.
