Just what needed! Works as intended!

I was looking for something simple without to much over head and this fit the bill. Thumbs up for sure.. I was at first using the international telephone input plugin but i couldnt get the default country set and it was being a pain but this was easy to use and just worked without issues. +1 for ease of use, simplicity, minimalist design and i like how you can easily add or remove the countries you want via the 2 letter codes.
