Though, If you could make it so that it applied to to individual products in a shopping cart, that would be even better. Example: Boots cost 20 in shipping no matter what. But I want everything else to be free shipping after they hit 99 dollars. So if you buy a pair of boots and 100 dollars in clothes, then you’re shipping should only be 20 bucks, and the rest is free. (this is a client’s request, not mine specifically).
