Just use the shopping cart experience

We are using Pods for product listing and display with the shopify button for each product we sell. But the ShopWP seems to provide a better shopping cart experience that we would like to use to keep users on site during purchase. How would we do this using ShopWP? Right now, when we add a product into our Shopify store, we setup a button for it and copy the code. The code is then added to the appropriate field in the Pods record for that product. Again, that all works great. Just need to know how to add a button to our product listings that will put the product into the ShopWP cart rather than the Shopify cart spawned by their Shop button. Is this even possible?
