just upgraded to wordpress 2.8 recieved fatal error

  • I just installed WordPress 2.8 and I cannot access my site or the administration panel as well. When I log onto the site I receive the following message.
    “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_clone() (previously declared in /homepages/14/d275244093/htdocs/wp-settings.php:283) in /homepages/14/d275244093/htdocs/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2908”
    can someone please let me know how to fix this.
