just upgraded to new wp version and i get internal error

I do not know exactly what I did and how. I followed somehow the updat wordpress instrucions and now the site works.

I can access the wp-admin now. what should I do?

That’s an improvement. Can you log into your installation? Your site appears to be working now.

i permessi della radice del dominio erano malsettati e abbiamo provveduto a ripristinarli correttamente.
Infatti, il PHP necessita esclusivamente di permessi 755; con permessi diversi produce l’errore da lei riscontrato:

La invitiamo a verificare che il suo client FTP e i suoi applicativi web non effettuino dei CHMOD automatici, perché in tal caso il problema potrebbe ripresentarsi.

Se in futuro dovesse nuovamente ricevere un Internal Server Error, la preghiamo di accedere al pannello admin del dominio:

e di attivare nella sezione “servizi hosting linux” il tool “ripristino permissions”.

It looks like the automatic upgrade didn’t work due to the lack of 755 permissions (I do not even know what they are). They have reset all permissions and everything seems to be working now.
