I have upgraded to last version of iThemes Security (7.7.1) on my 4 blogs and on one of them appears following errors:

I have deactivated the plugin and reactivate it again. All tables related to iThemes have disappeared.

No more information at this moment.

Please give us any ideas on how to proceed, any help will be welcomed

    Hi @ignaciojesus,

It sounds like your database isn’t configured properly. iThemes Security tries to install tables using the database collation that WordPress tells us to use, but it looks like that database collation is not available in your database.

I’d recommend reaching out to your hosting provider, and providing them with the error message.

    thanks a lot it was.

I have found I had 2 sites with old collating not allowed by my ISP,

Ok I changed it to the same collating all other sites.. Nice working

    Kind regards
