Just updated WP now blog AND admin screen are blank!

    I just updated to 4.61 from a much older version of WordPress (not sure which one because I haven’t touched the blog in 3 years)and the admin dasboard screen suddenly went completely blank. The blog is completely blank too! What can I do? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    It worked! Everything is back now. Thank you so much James! Now I just need to figure out which plugin it was. Thanks again!
