    Hi @suzzyq458

Based on the error log you’ve shared, there might be an issue with the WebhookEndpoint request in the PayPal Payments plugin. This could be due to various reasons, such as a conflict with another plugin, an issue with the update process, or a problem with the PayPal API.

Can you please disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce PayPal Payments to see if the issue persists? If the error disappears, you can enable the other plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin. You can find a detailed explanation of conducting a conflict test here.

Also, there might have been an issue during the update process. Deactivate and delete the WooCommerce PayPal plugin, then reinstall and activate it. Don’t worry, your settings won’t be lost.

If you’ve tried these steps and are still experiencing the issue, it would be helpful if you could provide us with more information. Please share the exact error message you’re seeing, any recent changes you’ve made to your site, and a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply or share it via https://pastebin.com/ and send the link here. This will help us investigate further and provide you with a more accurate solution.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to resolving this issue for you.

    Thanks!
