Just Turned Plugin Back On – Getting Quota Limit Error

I am a long-time user os YouTube Channel. I did have it off for a few months while not needed it, and now that I’ve turned it back on, I’m immediately getting the error:

YTC ERROR: Reason: quotaExceeded; Domain: youtube.quota; Message: The request cannot be completed because you have exceeded your quota.

Using both MaxCDN and Cloudflare (no WP caching plugin currently enabled)

As it appears some of my API key’s query limits were changed to zero due to inactivity, I created a new API project and a new API key, which I’ve put in the plugin settings. I tried App Restrictions as HTTP referrers (*.irunfar.com/*), and as that did not work, I’ve just changed it to our server’s IP address. Key restricted to YouTube Data API v3. The error remains.
