Just try something else

  • 1) They are not providing correct information or even the necessary information. The “free” version is NOT free and IS limited. After a couple of days of using the plugin, they take down the reviews on your site without warning and put an awful ad which asks for money.
    2) In order to use the plugin you have to register to their own website, totally ridiculous. If you don’t register, when a visitor clicks the link on a review on your website, it directs it to Trustindex website.
    3) There are problems with updates on reviews. New reviews were added on TA but they didn’t show on the widget.
    4) They don’t have many customization options, at least on the “free” version.
    5) Customer support is not interested in your questions. They said they will look into the problem I mentioned but I didn’t hear from them every again.

    Hello pymgmbr,

    1) If you use the plugin without registration: There is no extra cost for you and no server costs for us. It works under your WordPress site, you will not use our infrastructure. There is no fees about it. (It is forever free.)
    2) No need to register. This is an inattentive statement!
    3) If you have regsitered, you are using our infrastructure. In this case we prefer PRO packages. So free user’s reviews has been updated maximum once daily.
    4) You can choose layouts and default styles, also reviews filters. I think these are customization options.
    5) What is your e-mail address? I can look for your previous converstation.

    Hope that I can clarify some issues.
