    Hello,

    Check your website HTML: the stats-counter code must be there.
    If the Stats-Counter code wasn’t found on your website,
    Please check if
    – you use the latest version of Stats Counter plugin;
    – Stats Counter plugin is activated;
    – Stats Counter widget is enabled;
    – widget area is on page in WordPress theme;
    If all of this four conditions are satisfied, than you can deactivate and activate Stats Counter plugin again.
