Just spinning after Plugin Update

Hi there,

I just updated my TCG plugin and now it stopped working. The problem is that while checking out, after you select your suburb from the list that populates, the spinner just spins and no rate is calculated. The user is unfortunately not able to place order once the spinner starts spinning. It was working before updating

I have tried all the below steps:
> Disabled all plugins besides the main ones
> Clear browser and website cache
> Updated all plugins
> Change to latest PHP version 7.4
> Try old and new theme versions
> Check shipping settings and TCG details are all correct

Kindly Advise what to do.
