Just Say No

It’s a great plugin, when it works. I paid $588/yr for basically the one plugin, and much of the functionality would break with core WP upgrades and even with CP Pro upgrades. I finally let go of my membership for 6 months and it broke again forcing me recently to start paying $49/mo for the privilege of using it,and it immediately broke the CP Pro to where I can’t add or update courses now. I have been trying to get their support to check it out. Chat support while a great addition, couldn’t fix it,so I had to put in a support ticket, and have been waiting 1 week now for a response. I have active courses in the works and 2 new ones I need to complete for specific start dates, but you can’t advertise a course you’re unable to build. As others have said, support is deplorable. Support for this potentially 60 million dollar company is probably undoable because they have about 140 plugins and if they’re all as buggy as this one, they’ll need a hope and a prayer to stay alive.
I gave it two stars because it has the most features of any of the LMS plugins, and great potential, but its complexity is probably its downfall.
