Just purchased Pro – how long to receive?

    Just purchased the Pro version, Paypal prompted I use an e-check which says may take 6-8 business days to clear. Has anyone else had experience with the Pro version?

  • I used a credit card and got access to the Pro version right away. (That’s my recollection, anyway….. ??

    Thanks for the response – you were emailed the files after purchasing?

    I’m in Canada and I believe the order was to Europe, not sure why credit card wasn’t accepted…

    Hello!

    Please contact me directly with all questions regarding pro version. But e-checks actually do take 6-8 days to clear, so it might be awhile before the transaction clears and only then download link is provided.

    Totally my fault – I didn’t realize Paypal takes 6-8 days to get money from my account unless I link a credit card but…

    “The Credit Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your credit card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience.”
