Just Notifications

    Is it possible to just get a notification when somebody left their cart. I don’t wanna sent an email or a reminder to the costumer. Just wanna get a notification so I can call the costumer

    Hi @srdelamar,

    Currently, it is not possible in our plugin to send the notification to the site admin when the customer abandons the cart. The customer’s cart details will be displayed on the Abandoned Orders tab of our plugin. You can check there. Our Lite version does only capture the first name, last name and email address of the customers.

    However, we are curious to know what kind of notifications you expect to receive to the site admin when the customer abandons the cart? SMS notifications, Push notifications or any other?
