Just move site to a new serer and install the plugin but not working

These two links one has disqus showing, but the othe one does. Hope you can help me on this. Its pretty important. been using your plugin for years.

another question is that during the latest installation, the plugin asked me to upgrade the database, what does it do?I remember its not required for such action previously. I just overhaul the database, dun want anything to break it. Will removing the plugin undo the changes to my database. Its just for precaustion.
