Just locked out of ADMIN with known GOOD password

    As reported a few issues ago, I was just locked out of a client site with a known good password. For extra bonus points, AIOWSF, blocked my IP. It gets more special, once I had access again, entering the known good password locked me out again. I know, do the same thing, expect a different outcome?

    For super extra bonus, when I did get access and decided to reset my password, I was constantly redirected to the page you use to start a password reset.

    This doesn’t appear to be a random issue. In fact this is the kind of stuff that forces people to remove plugins.

    This doesn’t appear to be a random issue

    I understand that you may be frustrated but also be aware that perhaps something on your site or setup may be causing a conflict.
    Note that there are literally hundreds of thousands using this plugin and if this was an obvious bug we would know about it.

    You mentioned that you were locked out of the site even though you apparently entered the correct password but is this issue being seen by other people when they use their accounts to login?

    Regarding the login page, do you have any of the captcha features enabled? If so have you tried disabling captcha to see if that makes a difference?
