Just Installed/Activated. Can’t Get To Work

Hi.
I Just Installed/Activated Media Library Plus. Can’t Get it To Work.
I get the following message/page when i click on the plugin:
“Fix Media Library Plus Folders
First backup the mgmlp_folders table in your database and then click ‘Update Folders Table’ to fix folders with invalid parent IDs in your MLP folder database.”

When I click on Update Folders Table, I get this:
“Starting folder table update…
Cound not find the ID of the uploades folder. ”

Please help.
