• I installed this an hour or so ago and got a malware warning from SiteGround via email very quickly. I can either remove it from my site or get my account disabled. Obviously not a viable option.

    Hi Darin,

I want to apologize sincerely for the inconvenience you recently faced with our product. We strive to deliver only the best experiences, and it’s clear we fell short this time.

The file flagged by the SiteGround warning is a library we employ for displaying PDF previews within our plugin. Although it’s not the latest version, please rest assured that it is not malware. The warning you encountered is likely a false positive, an issue we have encountered before with our products. While these incidents are regrettable, they do not indicate any danger to users.

We are in the process of updating the library to prevent future issues, but I must caution that false positives can still occur.

As a token of our commitment to excellence, especially since this is a free product, we invest significant effort into ensuring its quality. While we occasionally encounter challenges beyond our control, our intention is never to compromise user safety.

I hope this clarifies the situation and would deeply appreciate if you could reconsider your review based on this new information.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

    Best regards!
