Hi there, I just installed Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce, followed several tutorials, then set up the plugin.

My problem is when exporting the feed I get an empty xml file, like this:

I have double-checked all steps. I have done the field mapping, no rules or filters added and left all other settings by default.
I have looked at the FAQs and this forum with no success. I have even added define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, false); to my wp-config.php file.
I have reinitiate my plugin, I don’t know what else to try.

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear your feed is empty.

Most likely you have made a mistake in your feed configuration. We have listed the most common configuration mistakes in this blog post: https://adtribes.io/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/
Could you go through the reasons mentioned and see which one could be causing the issue at hand for you?

Hi @supportadtribes thank you for the tips. I have been checking the list you sent and everything looks all right from my side. Maybe there is a detail I’m missing but my feed continues to be empty.

I’m adding a video link registering all the configuration steps. I will really appreciate it if you can have a look and give me some clue about what can be wrong.

Hi Lalo,

Thanks for the movie. The reason your feed is empty is because of this empty exclude filter you created: https://www.dropbox.com/s/tjj7z77z6sgslcw/wrongFilter.png?dl=0

Please remove the entire filter, that should solve the issue at hand.

Hi @supportadtribes I will bet this line was there when I did the first installation…
anyway, thanks for the information. It’s hard to get that an empty filter, that is not even activated, is stopping the full process.
