Just hangs, doesn't submit

I installed CF7 and then the phone phone number verification plugin. I used the proper codes from Cognalys. I have both plugins enabled. When I test the contact form, and click submit, it just spins and spins. The form doesn’t get submitted. I even left it over night and the next day it was still trying to submit. Any ideas?
